1. Introduction

At Siri Fauske, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and community experiences. We understand that circumstances change, and we strive to be transparent about our cancellation and refund policies for 1:1 coaching, community memberships, and other services.

By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


2. 1:1 Coaching Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Booking & Commitment: All coaching packages are designed as structured 3-month transformation journeys with weekly 60-minute sessions. When you sign up, you are committing to the full coaching term.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, at least 24 hours' notice is required. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.

  • Missed Sessions: If you do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered used and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Refunds: Coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has been conducted. If you decide to discontinue coaching before your package is complete, no partial refunds will be issued.

  • Emergency Situations: If an unforeseen circumstance arises that prevents you from completing your coaching journey, please reach out to [email protected] to discuss potential solutions on a case-by-case basis.


3. Exclusive Community Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Membership Commitment: Membership to the Exclusive Community is based on a subscription model, billed monthly or quarterly depending on your chosen plan.

  • Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your membership at any time before your next billing cycle. Once canceled, you will retain access until the end of your current paid period, but no further charges will be made.

  • No Refunds: Since this is a digital community with ongoing access to content and discussions, we do not offer refunds on past membership fees, even if you decide not to participate.

  • Removal from the Community: If a member violates community guidelines, they may be removed without a refund at the discretion of Siri Fauske.


4. Online Course & Digital Product Refund Policy

  • Immediate Access Products: Due to the digital nature of courses, workbooks, and downloads, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

  • Technical Issues: If you experience issues accessing a purchased product, please contact [email protected] for assistance.

  • Unauthorized Sharing: Sharing purchased digital content with non-paying individuals may result in account termination without a refund.
