Nothing in life changes until your perspective does. The moment you see things differently, you start living differently, and that changes everything.
- Siri Fauske

When I was 23 years old, in my prime, I suddenly ended up in a situation that I had not seen coming. I embarked on a journey of Chronic Fatigue (not by choice of course) lasting about eight (!!) years. It sounds cliché today, but it is actually an experience that I am very grateful for having.
Why? Well, it changed my life. It changed it for the better, and although I don't wish that situation upon anyone else, there is something about a crisis that forces us to take a hard look at who we are, and how we are showing up in this world.
I was never willing to settle in the Chronic Fatigue diagnosis, so I was always looking for ways to get better. I spent the first 5 years looking for someone else to help me / fix me - until I realised that I was the only one who could really do anything about my situation.
And that's when I started observing my mind..
Who would have thought that looking inwards was going to be the answer to everything? I sure as hell didn't. But here I am, back to full health, now helping others understand themselves better to make sense of their struggles, and unlock their potential.
And what I've leared; IT'S ALL ABOUT PERSPECTIVE!
